Fees and Payment Plans
We want to make the smile of your dreams an affordable reality at SW Smiles. Whether your dental treatment is cosmetic or clinically required, there's an easy way to pay. By teaming up with Denplan,
we at SW Smiles can offer an interest free loan, which can be paid over a period of 6 or 12 months.
Once you have met our team and had an estimate and treatment plan, the finance can be arranged on the same day as your examination, and your treatment booked before you leave the practice. Patients
can choose to do either part finance or their full treatment plan.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. A full breakdown of costs will be given with a treatment plan at the consultation/examination appointment. Payment is required for treatment that has been
provided on that day. We accept all major credit cards (except Amex), debit cards, bank drafts and cash. Cheques will only be accepted up to the credit limit on the card.

| Denplan Enhance (0% Loan Option) |
There are a few simple steps to set-up a Denplan loan.
• Once your course of treatment has been planned and the estimate has been given, then you have to decide how much finance you would like to take out and what period
you would like to pay over (6 or 12 months).
• You then complete a one-page form at SW Smiles, which you sign.
• The receptionist will then telephone Denplan with the information. Denplan will process the application on the spot and undertake a credit check. (Usually takes10-15 mins).
At this stage you need a document with a proof of signature such as passport or driving licence.
• Once your loan has been approved, the loan agreement is faxed to SW Smiles, you need to sign this agreement and then we will send a copy back to Denplan.
• The agreed payments will be deducted by Clydesdale Financial Services Ltd on a monthly basis by direct debit for the term of the loan.
